This is a custom painted RTS Stepper figure, with his Targetmaster figure Nightstick. The entire figures have been repainted using the highest quality enamels and lacquers from Testors and House of Kolor. This auction does include both figures shown. As always, the entire figure was completely disassembled and cleaned to prepare for paint. Each piece was then primed before being airbrushed with HoK Kustom Kolor paints.
